MyFact relies on Seqino, the accredited platform of Crédit Mutuel Arkéa. Your electronic invoices are sent and received through it, with their statuses reported back into your invoice list. The mandate is signed from your workspace.
Every invoice goes out as Factur-X: a readable PDF carrying XML compliant with the European standard EN 16931. CII and UBL remain available for clients who require them.
Documents and bank details are encrypted, accounts can be protected with two-factor authentication, and our servers are located in Paris, France. You can export your data or request its deletion, as the GDPR provides.
Document reading and quote drafting rely on Mistral AI, a European provider. Nothing is created without your validation: an extraction is reviewed before it becomes a document, and a missing VAT rate is never invented.
